Uganda - Lake Bunyonyi

The following ten photos are of a pygmy village on the slopes of Lake Bunyonyi.
Originally from Rwanda, they escaped the genocide wars of the 90's and settled in Bunyonyi and choose not to return.
They are a small community living on a small plot of land with little connection to the local villagers.
They mostly support themselves as a tourist attraction; when visitors arrive they sing and dance with gusto
and are usually rewarded with tourist 'dollars'.
