Tanzania - Masai Country

The wide-ranging Masai (or Maasai) tribe is spread over northern Tanzania and southern Kenya.
They are rural nomadic people who herd animals--sheep, cows, goats--and do not raise crops.
Their diet is mostly meat.
Easily identified by their deep red and bright blue garments, they nevertheless can often be seen in towns ,
such as Arusha, dealing with merchants or chatting with freinds.
Some of the younger tribefolks have become commercial making and selling jewelry to tourists visiting
the famous Ngorongoro Crater wild animal reserve which is in their territory.
